Bonus Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every bonus, free spins offer and promotion you take part in with us. They sit alongside our main Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the specific terms shown with each offer.

Scope and how these terms apply
Each promotion we run has its own terms: what it gives you, who can claim it, how long it lasts and what you need to do before any winnings become withdrawable. Those offer-specific terms sit on top of the rules on this page.
Where the terms of an individual offer say something different from this page, the offer terms apply to that promotion only. Where an offer is silent, the rules below fill the gap. Our general Terms and Conditions apply to everything you do with your account, including bonus play.
- These terms form part of your agreement with us. By claiming or using a bonus, you accept them.
- Offers are personal to you. A bonus cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another player.
- We may change or withdraw an offer. Where we do, we will not take away a bonus you have already claimed and are using properly.
- One bonus at a time. Unless an offer says otherwise, a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is still being wagered.
Read the offer terms before you opt in
The headline of a promotion is a summary. The full conditions - the wagering requirement, the time limit, the games that count and any stake cap - are shown with the offer in the promotions area and in the cashier.
Who can claim a bonus
Promotions are open to registered account holders aged 18 or over who live in a country we accept and whose account is in good standing. Taking part is optional; you can play without claiming any offer at all.
- Your account must be registered in your own name, with accurate details, and you must hold only one account with us.
- Your identity and age must be verifiable. We may ask for documents before a bonus is credited and before any related withdrawal is paid.
- Payment methods must belong to you. Some methods are excluded from deposit-based offers, and the cashier shows this when you deposit.
- Welcome offers are limited to one per person, household, address, device, IP address and payment method.
- You must opt in where the offer says so. Some bonuses need a code entered in the cashier; others credit automatically once the qualifying deposit or play is complete.
If you would rather not take part in promotions, you can ask us to remove marketing and bonus offers from your account by writing to support@casinowinthere.co.uk or by using the live chat on site.
Wagering requirements and how progress is counted
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: an amount you must stake before the bonus balance, or the winnings from free spins, can be withdrawn. The multiplier and the balance it applies to are shown with each offer.
How we track your progress
- Wagering is tracked automatically, and the amount still to play through is shown in your account.
- Only real stakes placed while the bonus is active count towards the requirement. Stakes placed before you claim do not.
- Games contribute at different rates, so a stake of the same size can move the requirement by different amounts depending on what you play.
- Where you hold both a cash balance and a bonus balance, the order in which they are used is set out in the offer terms and in the cashier.
Contribution by game type
| Game type | How it contributes |
|---|---|
| Slots | Usually the full stake, unless a game is listed as excluded |
| Table games such as blackjack and roulette | A reduced share of the stake, or none at all |
| Video poker | A reduced share of the stake |
| Live dealer games | Varies by game; several are excluded |
| Jackpot games and bonus-buy features | Often excluded entirely |
The exact rates, and the list of excluded games, are published with the promotion. If a game does not count, stakes placed on it will not reduce the amount left to wager.
Stake caps and restricted play
While a bonus is active, some restrictions apply so that the requirement is met through ordinary play.
- Maximum stake. A cap on the stake per spin, hand or round applies while you are wagering. The cap is shown with the offer and in your account.
- Maximum conversion. Winnings from some offers, particularly free spins and no-deposit bonuses, are capped before wagering begins. Anything above the cap is removed when the bonus converts.
- Excluded features. Buying into a bonus round, using autoplay settings above the stake cap, or playing excluded games can break the terms of the offer.
- Low-risk betting. Covering most or all outcomes of a game - for example, staking on both red and black - does not count towards wagering and may end the bonus.
- Withdrawing early. Asking to withdraw before the requirement is met normally ends the bonus and removes the bonus balance and any winnings tied to it.
Stake caps apply to every round
If you stake above the cap while a bonus is active, we may remove the bonus and any winnings made from it and return your remaining cash balance. We will always tell you when we do this and explain why.
Expiry, cancellation and withdrawals
Every bonus has a life span. The period you have to use it, and to complete any wagering, is shown with the offer and starts when the bonus is credited unless the offer says otherwise.
- If a bonus expires before the requirement is met, the bonus balance and any winnings still attached to it are removed. Your own cash balance is not affected.
- Free spins that are not used within the period shown expire and cannot be reissued.
- You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and anything won with them.
- Once wagering is complete, the balance becomes cash and can be withdrawn under the normal rules in our Terms and Conditions, subject to identity checks.
Withdrawal requests are processed after our standard checks, including verification of your identity and your payment method. Where an account is going through these checks, a withdrawal may take longer than usual.
Fair use, our decisions and safer gambling
We expect promotions to be used as intended. Where an account, a group of accounts or a pattern of play suggests an offer is being used to gain an advantage rather than to play, we may withhold or remove a bonus and any winnings from it, and close the account where that is warranted. Examples include duplicate accounts, false details, chargebacks and automated play.
A decision of this kind is taken only after we have looked at the account and the play on it. If you disagree, you can ask us to look into it again through our complaints process, and we will explain the outcome to you in writing.
A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. Our services are for adults aged 18 or over, we hold a gaming licence, and we verify accounts before paying out. You can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from your account. Free and confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from participating online operators in a single step.
If anything on this page is unclear, our live chat is open on site and you can e-mail support@casinowinthere.co.uk.
