Rules that apply to all play

Placing a bet or starting a spin means you accept these rules, our Terms and Conditions and the in-game rules of the title you are playing. Where a game rule differs from this page, the rule shown in the game applies to that round.

  • One account per person. Hold one account, in your own name, and stake only funds held in that account. Play on behalf of anyone else is not allowed.
  • 18+ only. Our games are for adults aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity, age and address of our players, and may ask for documents at any point.
  • Real-money and bonus balances. Your account can hold both. The cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from, and that balance decides how any winnings are treated.
  • Bets are final. Once a stake is confirmed and the round begins, the bet stands. We cannot cancel or refund it because of a mis-click, a change of mind or a closed window.

Stakes and limits

Minimum and maximum stakes are shown in each game, and your deposit, loss and session limits sit in the safer gambling area of your account. They apply to everything covered by these rules.

How bets and spins are settled

Every game runs on a game server. The result recorded by that server is the result of the round and decides what is paid. Your screen displays that result; if the two differ, the server record is final.

  1. Rounds settle against the paytable and rules of the game, which you can open from the game window before you stake.
  2. Winnings are credited to your balance once the server has recorded the completed round.
  3. Each game shows a return-to-player figure in its information screen. It is a long-run theoretical average over very many rounds, not a guide to any one session.
  4. Outcomes come from a random number generator tested as part of our licensing obligations. Earlier results never affect later ones.
  5. Unfinished rounds, including free spins and bonus features, stay on your account and must be completed before a game is withdrawn.

Where a game carries a progressive jackpot, the jackpot rules and the stake needed to qualify are set out in that game.

Malfunctions and interrupted rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, the game server or the link between them does not work as designed, any result, payout or balance change caused by that fault is void. We put the balance back to where it should have been and return the stake where a round cannot be completed.

If you lose your connection mid-round, the round is held by the game server. When you open the game again it either resumes from the point it reached or has already settled, and the outcome is applied to your balance.

  • Closing the window, logging out or switching device does not cancel a round that has begun.
  • Rounds settled while you were away appear in your account history with the stake and any winnings.
  • Display, software or rounding errors do not create a payout that the game rules and paytable do not support.

If you think a round has not settled correctly, stop playing that game, note the date and time, and contact us. We may suspend a game, void affected rounds and correct balances where a fault, or an attempt to exploit one, is found.

Bonus funds, free spins and wagering

Bonus funds and free spins follow the terms of the offer they came from, together with our general bonus rules. Those terms set the wagering requirement, the time allowed, the games that count and the stake cap.

  • Maximum stake. While wagering is open, the stake cap in the offer applies. Rounds above it may be voided, along with the winnings from them.
  • Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at different rates, and some, including a number of table and live games, may not count at all.
  • Withdrawals. Taking money out while wagering is open may remove the remaining bonus and the winnings tied to it.
  • Low-risk patterns. Hedged, coordinated or minimal-risk betting meant to clear wagering rather than to play the game may cost you the bonus.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's call, and the result the game server records for that table, settle the round.

  • Betting time. Each round has a betting window shown at the table. Bets confirmed after it closes are not accepted, and a stake that does not reach the server in time is returned.
  • Dealer decisions. The dealer applies the table rules, including when a card is dealt, burned or declared void, and the call made at the table stands for that round.
  • Table rules. Every table has a help screen covering the variant played, side bets, payouts and errors such as a misdeal or an exposed card.
  • Table limits and chat. Minimum and maximum bets are shown at each table and can differ between tables of the same game. Chat is moderated, and access may be withdrawn if it is misused.

If a round cannot be completed, for example when the stream fails, the round is void and stakes placed on it are returned.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you think a bet, spin or table round settled incorrectly, tell us and we will look into it.

  1. Write to support@casinowinthere.co.uk or use the live chat on the site as soon as you notice the problem.
  2. Give the game name, the date and time of the round with your time zone, and the round reference shown in your account history.
  3. Tell us what you expected and what happened, and keep that game closed until we reply.
  4. We check the server record for the round, your account history and, for live tables, the studio record, then write to you with the outcome and apply any correction to your balance.

Our Terms and Conditions set out the complaints process, the time limits for raising a question about a round and the alternative dispute resolution service open to you at no cost.

Staying in control

If gambling stops being entertainment, use the deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion tools in your account. Free, confidential help is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain.
